The root of ginger is 30 g.

Water — 2.5 liters

Lemon — half

Sugar — 100 gr.
Method
Grate the root of the ginger on a large grater, put in an enamel saucepan and add water.
Put on the fire, how to boil, reduce heat, add washed and sliced apples and simmer 3-5 minutes.
Fire switch off and infuse for 10 minutes. Add juice to half a lemon and sugar. The drink is ready.
Sugar can be replaced with fructose. Or sweeten a bit of the cooled honey drink (in too hot liquid honey loses all its useful properties).
