Ginger tea with apples (weight loss)




Ingredients 

  • The root of ginger is 30 g.
  • Water — 2.5 liters
  • Apples -2 pcs
  • Lemon — half
  • Sugar — 100 gr.

Method 

Grate the root of the ginger on a large grater, put in an enamel saucepan and add water.

Put on the fire, how to boil, reduce heat, add washed and sliced ​​apples and simmer 3-5 minutes.

Fire switch off and infuse for 10 minutes. Add juice to half a lemon and sugar. The drink is ready.
