Ingredients
01. Coconut milk - 1 l
02. Sugar - 250 g
03. Kaffir lime leaves - 10
04. Custard powder -100 g
05. China grass - 20 g
06. Coconut grated - to garnish
07. Honey - to garnish
Preparation
01. Boil the coconut milk,sugar and Kaffir lime together in a saucepan.
02. Make a paste of the custard powder with a little water and pour it into the boiling coconut milk.
03. Remove the Kaffir lime leaves and add the melted China grass into the mixture. Mix well.
04. Remove the saucepan from the flame and keep aside to cool.
05. Then cool it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
06. Garnish with honey and grated coconut and serve.
