01. Mango pulp - 1 ½ cup 02. Sugar - ¾ cup 03. Water - ¾ cup 04. Galatin - 1 ½ tea spoon 05. Water - 4 tea spoon 06. Egg white - of 3 eggs 07. Sugar - 4 tea spoon 08. Fresh mango slices and roasted chopped nuts to garnish. |
Preparation |
01. Boil sugar and water to a syrup.
02. Add mango pulp and cook till a thick like custard formed . 03. Soak gelatin in 4 tbsp water & melt over hot water. 04. Mix with mango mixture and keep cool in an oiled bowl in fridge . 05. While whipping egg white well, add sugar little by little continuously . 06. Mix the whipped cream gently in the mango mixture & add the mixture of egg white. Keep in fridge till set. 07. Decorate with piped cream, mango slices and roasted chopped nuts. To serve : 4 to 6 persons |
