Egg fritters are also made in the same way as ' Pazham porichchathu ' ( Plantain fritters ). It is one of the most simplest of fritters ideal with evening tea or coffee.
Ingredients
01. Eggs - 3
02. Spring onion chopped - 1 tsp
03. Celery chopped - 1 tsp
04. Pepper & salt to taste
05. Soya sauce - 1 tsp
06. Maida - 2 tbsp
07. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
08. Water as required
09. Oil as required to fry
Preparation
Beat the egg well. Into this add the onions, celery, soy sauce, pepper and salt and mix well. Make omelets with this mixture. Cut the omelet into small square pieces. Make a thick batter with maida, corn flour and water. Dip each omelet piece into this batter and fry till golden brown. To Serve : 4 - 6
